In partnership with a global sportswear brand, Winston Retail supported the brand's New York pop-up. This retail experience introduced a new collection and repositioned the brand through a fresh, fashion-forward lens. Timed alongside major US Open events, the activation highlighted the brand’s tennis and pickleball programs while driving brand awareness within the local community. The activation aligned sport performance apparel with experiential retail marketing.
Brief
The client aimed to elevate visibility for the brand's collection through an immersive pop-up that blended sport, fashion, and culture. Winston Retail was responsible for an end-to-end retail staffing solution—from recruiting and training to daily store operations—as well as supporting PR events and managing VIP clientele to ensure a premium brand experience.
This project included pop-up management, event staffing, and luxury customer experience supporting a high-traffic activation during a globally-recognized sporting event.
Result
Through seamless operations, elevated customer service, and strategic event support, the activation successfully increased brand awareness and reinforced the brand's updated identity. The pop-up hosted multiple high-profile events and welcomed professional athletes from the tennis and pickleball communities, generating strong engagement and buzz during a key moment in the sports calendar.
