The client requested full operational and visual support to launch and sustain the Nordstrom holiday pop-up, ensuring that all the brand's merchandising standards were consistently executed throughout the season. Winston Retail was tasked with maintaining visual excellence, in-store retail and selling support, , and reinforcing brand standards across multiple touchpoints.
This project included luxury visual merchandising services, seasonal pop-up management, and jewelry brand presentation optimization to maximize holiday sales performance.
Result
Through meticulous visual merchandising, proactive stock management, and close collaboration with Nordstrom jewelry managers and associates, the pop-up delivered a cohesive, high-impact holiday presence.
