Brief
The client requested installation and ongoing merchandising support for the pop-up, ensuring that all styles, colorways, and new visual elements were fully represented in accordance with seasonal direction and anniversary branding. Winston Retail was responsible for pre-install organization, on-site launch support, and continued footwear visual merchandising execution to maintain visual consistency and brand standards throughout the anniversary retail activation.
This project included planogram implementation and seasonal assortment management within Bloomingdale’s flagship store.
Result
Through precise merchandising execution, assortment audits, and close collaboration with Bloomingdale’s management, Winston supported a successful pop-up launch and maintained a polished, fully represented assortment throughout the activation. Comprehensive reporting, including before-and-after photography and visit recaps, ensured consistent planogram execution, while on-site client support helped deliver a seamless rollout and a strong in-store presence for a landmark brand moment.
