The Challenge

Tumi requested assistance in the design and development of their monthly window concepts at retail. The challenge was to showcase featured products and technical features effectively with the associated artists to align with brand consistancy at retail. The messaging needed to translate seamlessly, globally.

The Solution

Working closely with Tumi’s designers, sales team and project directors, Winston was able to understand the client needs and identify clear strategy for monthly execution. The business with Tumi quickly evolved as the creative windows showed strong return on investment at retail month after month. The challenge quickly became a success through visual execution. Today, Winston handles the design, sourcing and execution of all windows globally for Tumi. Winston also manages the wholesale merchandising program for all Tumi coordinators.
