The Challenge

Couture Colour, a professional hair color line with Pequi Oil treatment was launching at Sephora and was in need of a team of Account Executives to ensure all product display and point of sale was executed at retail effectively. Sephora required an educational curriculum for all cast members on new brands. The challenge for Couture Colour was having the internal staff to execute the in-store support and required educational programs for Sephora. Couture Colour needed an external partner that could manage this program for them, increasing their opportunity for success in one of the largest retailers in the world.

The Solution

Couture Colour hired Winston to assist with the launch of their products at Sephora. Winston Account Executives hosted educational training seminars for the cast members, educating them on Couture Colour product benefits, features and "competitive edge" selling points. In-store support and "new news" is constantly updated with each visit to keep the product fresh and up to date. The relationship between Winston and Couture Colour is one that has been easily quantifiable by the in-store reports, photographs and sales results. Winston continues to build a strong support program for beauty brands at the corporate and store level to ensure brand exposure and future opportunities are not over looked but maximized.
